Elaine A. Perkins, PA-C is a skilled and compassionate physician assistant who has been a valuable part of the Millennium Cardiology team since November 2021. She works in the outpatient offices in Farmington Hills and Madison Heights and supports the inpatient team at Corewell Health East William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak. Elaine received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University in 2005 and went on to earn her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Certification, from Western Michigan University in 2010.

Elaine's diverse professional experience includes roles as an exercise physiologist, medical consultant, and primary care provider. This extensive background allows her to take a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that every aspect of her patients' health is addressed. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive cardiovascular care and helping patients manage both chronic and acute conditions.

Outside of work, Elaine is passionate about staying active and enjoys spending time outdoors with her sons. Her hobbies include traveling, camping, playing soccer, and exploring local farmers markets, where she enjoys discovering fresh produce and supporting the community.
